I am planning to start week 5 tomorrow...i am nervous...why does it change each day??? Seems like big increases all in one week...from 5 minutes to 20 minutes of running at once?? Good luck everyone!! :)

Hi..I just joined this group today but I am actually on day 1 of week four today. I tried it this morning but I underestimated how cold it was outside at 6 am (38 degrees!!) so my ears were killing me and I was getting dizzy so I only made it through the first two runs- a 3 minute run and a 5 minute run. Hi..I get where u are coming from. Ii have had days where I justcouldnt bear to log everything because i know I went overboard. That being said last Friday I ate horribly and still put it in...seeing all those calories in black and white is helping me curtail more bad meals sfeel free to add me..I am on everyday!

I have been using pure pumpkin as a substitute when baking. Use one box of betty crocker brownie mix and one can of pumpkin...yummy!

I weara hrm and I usually burn about 450 in a 45 minute class...when I spin on my own I rack up more calories...the hrm is the best way to know!

I'm not sure that there is a calories amount you "should" burn...I personally aim for 400-600 per workout. This is the amount that makes me feel I have put in a lot of good effort and having the extra calories to eat is a bonus!

I have been using the light ones also....my favorite way to eat it is to mash up a serving of black beans with some salsa, spread on the flat out..add some low fat cheese and totast in the oven until the cheese is melted..when it comes out I add peppers, tomatos, and fresh cilantro...YUM!!

Great post! I have been making the tofu shirataki noodles after reading a hungry girl recipe....totally delish without many calories and they will fill you up!!

Bob Evans has tons of low fat/low cal options and the info is in the menu...also I try to go with mediterranean frequently for eating out :)

I am in the healthy range but trying to lose 10-15 more lbs...I have lost 7 so far. Its very hard....I am working out a lot but not seeing a lot of results so I am trying to eat back some calories...hoping it helps! I will add you as a friend!

Thanks for the feedback! I think I am going to try adding maybe 300 calories a day on exercise days. And maybe my setting is too high...mine is set to 2 lbs a week.
