It's terrific seeing so many people still joining our group! Haven't done my weigh in yet for the week..plan to hop on the scale tomorrow. No matter what it says on the scale, I am definitely feeling better by eating better!

The place we are going is authentic. I was thinking veggie/chicken fajitas with corn tortillas, no beans or rice. Not sure how I accurate I will be in logging the calories, but will do my best. The tough part will be resisting a margarita!

I have been doing meal prep on Sundays for the week. I always hard boil about 4 eggs to have on hand to grab on my way out the door in the morning. I roast a pan of veggies (broccoli, peppers, green beans, brussel sprouts) and also a few sweet potatoes. I make some type of protein (a marinated chicken or turkey meatballs,…

I am feeling a bit discouraged this morning...not sure that I am going to hit the 10 pound weight loss goal by the 14th :\ I went way off track with my meal last night and totally blew my calories for the day and most likely my weight loss for this week. Trying to stay psyched up to just keep working at it though..

I had this issue myself and I figured out that it was because the last time I had used mfp (a couple of years ago my weight was lower. Because of this it had my starting weight as the one from a few years ago. I went into my weigh in history and deleted all of them but the ones since returning to mfp and now its fine. Hope…

I am in the process of possibly being diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I am going back to the doctor in a week for hopefully some results either way! I always feel like some part of my body is hurting so I have been reluctant to do too much weight bearing exercise..

I know you guys are doing your first reporting today, but I'd like to join! Getting rid of 10 lbs by Feb 14th would be a great start for me! I joined MFP last Monday and my weight was 156.6. I will weight in tomorrow morning and report back!
