It's affected me, and I don't have a thyroid either. I also lost a child, so depression hasn't helped. I also sit a lot at my two jobs, so I'm really screwed. I'm trying. This week I told myself I'm getting serious because I HATE the way I look. Taking it day by day. Good luck to you.
