I did go to a podiatrist and have recovered. I think the steroid shot really helped me along with wearing Mephitos sandals "Helen". They have a cork soul with arch support.(expensive but worth it) I did the stretching exercises too! Good luck....I know it is painful....I really think the sandals helped soooo much. I have…
