Just checking in, how's everyone doing?

I'm trying to decide if weekends will be my time off. It's crazy at my house and that's were I do my workouts. Weekdays will be a mix between, TF, Kettlebell, WATP, T-25 and what ever else I feel up to doin.

I'm a "bigger girl" 240, and starting TF again. :-) I love TF. I modify only when necessary, but Chalene makes you want to give more than your all.

I've never used Carbquick, have you made waffles with it? How did they turn out? I recently made some coconut waffles and my family loved them. They ended up being 2.3 net carb and 8.4 of protein each which is pretty good.
