Well I have asthma so I always put my inhaler in my bra I know may be gross but it fall's out of my pocket and I hate little pack things lol and I have my name and address taped on the front of the inhaler.

Both are good but I love to run outside I have to make myself use the treadmill!

Guys I have lost 20 lbs and have not lost a single inch off my hips ....I do run and have very shapely legs but it does get discouraging not to even go down 1 pant size...

I would suggest a daily multivitamin just for women what ever brand you like the best. Also so sorry for your loss It's so hard when you loses a little one.
