  • If I over eat, it is normally on something that I dont have very often. ex: spaghetti, cupcakes, cake, etc. I eat pretty healthy generally so when sweets come around, it is VERy hard for me to turn them down. Especially when they are just sitting there by the water dispenser at work... always gets me.

  • I'm in the same boat! 8-5pm M-F sitting at a desk. Ugh. My suggestion is after work do some form rolling along the inside and outside of your thighs. It relaxes and releases the muscles that stay contracted all day sitting at our desks. You will notice a larger range of motion in your workouts if you being with it.
