You look so young and vibrant. I hope I move into my 30s so gracefully. Amazing results!

Congrats! She's absolutely perfect

Going through the same emotions right now. My eating has been so good the past week, and I'm finally losing weight again. I don't want to "slip up" and eat way over my calories tomorrow. I love the holidays, and being around friends and family, but I'd rather not even be around the food. I feel like the temptation will be…

Those little things add up to something much bigger. Congrats!

My honest opinion is you look great now. You actually didn't even look like you needed to lose any weight at 140. At 120 you looked a little too thin, but I think you have now found a really nice place. You are neither too big or too small. With this being said, I think you need to decide what looks and feels best on you.…

Great start! This is proof of how important food consumption is for weight loss.

I love the Primal Blueprint! Eating like this just makes complete sense, and you have obviously been quite successful. I'm so sorry about your father, but I'm glad you are using his illness to save your own life. Thanks for inspiring us!

Nice job! Eight pounds doesn't sound like a lot until you look at the difference in the pics. You look great, keep it up!

Wow, you are like the poster boy for what Insanity can do for you if you are 100% committed! No but seriously you did an amazing job!
-
You look fantastic, and several years younger. Great job!

Incredible!

I see a nice difference in your waistline! Keep it up!
-
Oh my goodness! Stunning results!

150.6! I actually was down to 148 yesterday, but "fell off the food wagon" last night, so of course my weight is a bit higher this morning. I still lost a couple pounds though!
-
I see some major differences. Excellent work!

I think it depends on your goals. Is your goal to eat less sugar? If so, I think you should limit your fruit and vegetable intake...especially fruit because most fruit contains more sugar than most veggies. Just because fruits and vegetables come from the earth, doesn't necessarily mean they are not harmful (particularly…

Ok you're correct. My apologies. It still has way more sugar than I'm comfortable with consuming. Almond milk has much less sugar, and this makes me  .
-
Oh ok sorry I see what you're saying. I am desperately trying to eradicate all added sugar from my diet, so I ALWAYS check labels. I would never buy the sweetened almond milk because it would defeat my purpose. I really do like to drink it plain, although I wasn't crazy about it when I first tried it. It might just be an…

^^^^100% with you on this!

I have mine set at 5% carbs, 70% fat, and 20% protein. I'm trying to reach ketosis and stay in it for a while.
-
Yes. AVOCADOS!!! I can't get enough of them.
-
Agreed. I was referring to unsweetened almond milk only. I actually enjoy the taste of it unsweetened and never add anything sweet to it.
-
Nice job, you look great!

It doesn't have ridiculous amounts of added sugar like cow's milk.
