Thank you for the replies so far, they are all great! I know weight loss is mostly about diet, but that is the hardest part for me. I find it easier to start making a habit of going to the gym and then incorporating more healthier eating in a bit later.

I’m also a 34 year old mom with around 70 lbs to lose!

I’m starting on Monday (I know, cliché 🙄). I would start today, but I already made plans for 2nd Thanksgiving on Sunday with my sister lol. Of course, my sister weighs about 115 lbs compared to my nearly 230 lbs. So Monday it is. I’ll add you ladies. Let’s motivate each other!

I'm also going back to the gym for the first time in a while, and not really sure where to start. I used to be very active, but have been very sedentary the last 2 years. I don't want to burn out too quickly. I'm thinking I'll start with walking on the treadmill for maybe 30 minutes just to get back into some kind of…

I also want to lose around 90 pounds. Friend me!

May be a silly question, but how do I request to add friends on Fitbit?

I just got my Fitbit Charge HR and so excited to get started. Add me!! //www.fitbit.com/user/3LKLLJ

Hi there, anyone on this board can feel free to send me a request. I follow a loose IIFYM approach. I'm mostly concerned about my calorie intake which is between 1800-2200 most days, and try to take in a good amount of protein. I'm also lifting 6 days a week for an hour each day. I'm definitely seeing results and feeling…

This is such a beautiful story, and one very close to home. My best friend has suffered from PCOS her entire life as well. She's at the point, in her 30s, that she's completely given up on the idea of ever living a "normal" life and/or having a baby (which she wants more than anything else). I'm going to pass your story…

What a story! I commend you for the decision you made. You are not a bad person because you made a decision that may have saved your life in the long run. People who believe otherwise obviously never had to make such a serious decision. Your story is truly inspiring, and your pics are incredible. Keep up the great work!

I see a big difference in these pictures. Amazing what 10 pounds can do! I don't have any advice for you because you seem to be doing everything right. I would say stay consistent with what you're already doing and you'll lose the rest in no time. Friend me if you'd like, and good luck to you!

Wow this is pretty incredible. Nice job!

^These words are very helpful for people making excuses like they don't have enough time and/or money. No excuse in the world will keep you from reaching your goals if you want something badly enough. Your pics and story are very inspirational. Seriously, don't let the haters keep you from continuing this journey. You…

This is awesome motivation for someone trying to forget about the scale. I'd like to lose a few more pounds, but my main concern is inches and turning this excess fat into muscle. It's amazing to see how much smaller you are even though you gained 2 pounds. Great job!

Awesome results! I looooove your thigh tattoo!

I absolutely love that you brought this up. I thought I was wrong for asking myself the same question. I love my boyfriend dearly, but I look at him differently than when we first got together 6 years ago. I've changed so much (all in good ways I think), but he is still the same person. He eats nothing but garbage, he's…

Haha I love the people who tell you that you're too fat, and then you lose weight, and they tell you that you're too skinny. These people will never be satisfied, but then again, you didn't GAIN or LOSE weight to please them. You've done an amazing job. Forget about those haters!

It is shocking that you sometimes feel unnattractive when looking in the mirror. You look HOT from what I can see! Great work!
-
Holy hotness Batman! I'm sure you get that a lot, but seriously though your results are incredible.

Wow!!!! I don't know what else to say...You are so inspirational, great job!

You are such a sweet husband :). Your wife is pretty incredible for losing weight and maintaining while also going through a pregnancy. Not too many women can say the same. Congrats on the baby!

You DO have a lot to feel proud of and be grateful for. You look amazing. I love the outfit. I am also in love with you pregnancy hair color!
