This is the first time in my life I've even begun to have some slight toning going on. I'm really happy with the results that have happened in just 10 days! (Wow, that sounded like a commercial.)
If anyone else is doing 30DS or any of Jillian's work outs feel free to add. I could use some new MFP friends!

As much as I want to chuck a shoe at JM head sometimes, she really does produce results!
Amazing job! I'm on my 3rd round, currently Level 1 day 4.

I just started her no more trouble zones but can't finish the whole work out yet but planning on working my way up hoping to tone up too0

Awesome Results!!! I know I lost 4 3/4 inches in just 15 days of the 30 day shred. I'm on Day 17 currently, and level 2 is definitely harder. However, I'm shredding inches :-D0
