Just finished week 3 of keto I have tried before & gave up on day 3 or 4. The first two weeks were hard and then last week was easier. I think I had the keto flu as I felt really bad , increased heart rate, nausea- the works bit now I feel a whole lot better . The keto section on here was very helpful Good luck

Me I worked with a trainer who taught me how to use weights safely and that I have as much right as the big guys to use the weights section. Previously I would only use the ladies only gym!! Which had limited amount of equipment but then the gym did away with it.. best thing they ever did Good luck

Well done that’s a really good healthy loss. Also because you are going to gym as well then you might be gaining a little more muscle. I measure as well and there have been times when I haven’t lost weight but am actually smaller. Keep doing what your doing
