This is 100% true. I hadn't ovulated in years, but once I lost about 20 lbs I began ovulating again. There are actually a lot of women with PCOS on MFP so you're in good company! A popular thread about it gets posted at least once a day. :)

Something I've been toying around with is homemade carrot chips with hummus dip. I've been eating this black bean/ edamame hummus from "Eat Well Enjoy Life" and they are 40 and 70 cals for 2 tbsp respectively. It's good imo, but the carrots take a while to bake then cool.
