Here are a few ideas: lean deli meats wrapped around string cheese or a pickle. hummus and carrots, guacamole and celery, laughing cow cheese wedges and a few crackers, tuna jerky, 100 cal. snack packs, yogurt, frozen grapes, strawberries rolled in confectioners sugar.....I took these ideas off of www.self.com.…
