  • Haha yeah buffets are killer, however I have pretty good control! It's the sodium that will kill me . I also don't drink so I shouldn't have a problem there :) . If i can work out every day I'll be happy :)

  • I grill tons and tons of chicken ( or my husband does for me) on Sunday. It makes it very easy for me to make meals to go. Throw it on some lettuce. Add to veggies. You got tons of meals. Has really helped me :)
  • I can burn 950 calories in 60 min on treadmill. I put treadmill at highest incline of 10 and walk as fast as I can almost a jog! I'm dripping sweet after 9 min and breathing loud, but after it's so rewarding to see the big number :)
  • What I try and do is get 10 min in here and 15 min in there. Sometimes I just don't have a way of spending an hr all to myself. I have a 2 yr old :)

  • For me My boobs are the last thing to shrink! I hate it. I was actually looking into surgury to reduce them but all Dr's said get at your ideal weight so then we can look at what size looks best on your body. Im hoping when I make my gal weight my boobs will have gotten smaller!!!!!!
