mine is 1200 and I have problems eating all that, even worse after I exercise and I get more calories to eat.

Wow, you are one busy lady! the only thing I can suggest is something I read somewhere. anytime yu are standing in line, doing dishes, waiting for food to cook etc. pull in your tummy and hold to a count of 10, do that as often as long as you are able. You would be surprised how much it helps:)

hi, I too am new to the site and just can't eat all my calories. they want me to eat 1200 and all i can get in (with snacks) is around 800. I'm not a big eater but tend to eat the wrong things. trying to cut down on fat and carbs but they want me to eat MORE!!!
