  • That's so great!! Way to go!! Sorry i am just seeing this :( I need to fix my settings it seems so it notifies me. Are you still hooping everyday. Even just 10 minutes helps so much more than you think it does. Keep it up!! You aren't learning and growing in your hoop if you aren't dropping it so don't worry.

  • You can go by the Anerican Council on Exercise, they say you burn 200 calories for ever half hour you are hooping. The best way is to use a heart rate monitor and log it that way.   • I have the same problem. My hair has thined so much I went from keeping my hair long to a much shorter hair style. Keeping it shorter does help with it looks thicker and nicer.   • My dr says to take it with my metformin, I hope it helps with my hair loss.. my darn eyebrows look so sad. He reccomends D-Chiro-Inositol. I am actually looking into getting some but haven't taken it just yet!

  • Great job! I did my 30 on a stationary bike and followed that with a few light weights! I am doing Relay for Life tonight so I KNOW i won't have a problem getting in my 30. Have my fitbit on and can't wait to see how many steps I go tonight!
