I feel like the 3rd day was the hardest so far (this is my 1st attempt at it). That's when your muscles really start to feel the work! Ohhh, that might be a better idea with the heart rate monitor. I had logged it in as each seperate activity, jumping jacks 2 minutes and so forth with 25 minutes of activity total for the whole thing. Thanks Kagard11!

163 lbs right now! But that is too much for my 5 3' frame! My goal weight in the end is 135. I'm feeling positive about it, so far so good!
