I decided I needed to go on a low sodium diet.fresh fruits and fresh veges have very low sodium. you can marinate meats in orange juice or pineapple juice. I snack on a fiber bar or a speacil k bar at night. I am bad about craving foods at night. Espeacially sweets so that really helps me. they make you feel full at night and they are satisfying and taste great.

I feel your pain. My son and I went through that awhile back. I have read up the tea tree oil is good and they hate mint flavored shampoo. I think it varies depending how you are built. Im 5'3 and 235 now i was a size 18 now im in a 16. Ive lost 17 lbs. so I think it just varies.

I just recently started doing the plank. Its not the easiest but it really good for your abs. I hope I get better at it. Its tough.

I accept based on what they have written in posts. there sincerity and there take on life. Also common ground is a good thing. Espeacially if they got kids. People that understand what you go through can give the best suppport.
