thanks! So far... this is working out for me! The muscular section on your hands and knees for a whopping 18 minutes is rough because quite frankly, I don't have the arm strength to hold myself up but... I'm focused and determined and I feel good, which is half the battle!

It sounds strange but tea helps. The heat from hot tea helps to quench your appetite. Squeeze a little lemon and the acid can help any cravings... I too have a hard time with this and don't always follow my own advice but I'm trying! The hot cocoa idea above works the same way!

Jackie Warner has some great videos and I do like Jillian Michaels. I know many people here have strong feelings about her but as a mom, I don't have a lot of time and her workouts are usualy about 30-40 minutes of a hard workout. Which I like!

I'm on day 3 of phase 1 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I am doing the "kickstart" and my husband is doing it with me. I lost 3 lbs in the first two days. The workouts so far have averaged 30-35 minutes. I just sent you an add! We are perfect yin and yang. My motivation to workout is ridiculous! I love it and I love being active. I also love eating junk... so not good because I wind up eating my calories at night before bed and without abandon. My workouts wind up maintaining me rather than helping me lose... Would love to…

Is this still open? I'd love to join... Starting: 173.8 Goal: 167 I always have a problem maintaining momentum with food... working out is not a problem, I do that 6x per week without fail, rain or shine, sick or well. My problem is food and I need to focus on that... hoping this will help!

Ezekial is a bread that is sprouted from seeds. it's always frozen and I've found that Organic Whole Wheat is good enough for me... but I do encourage you to try things for yourself because everyone is different! :-)

I have most of Jillian's DVD's and 30 DS is much easier to begin with than Ripped in 30. If would say get both and work your way to Ripped... Good luck! I'm an avid fan of Jillian's and would love the friend... add me if you would like !

I have most of Jillian's DVD's and I have Extreme Shed and Shred.... and it's insane! It's really amazing if you love to be worked over... and you'll burn a crapload of calories...
