My gf and are both doing MFP.

I eat them to fill in between meals. I may have a lot of calories before dinner. Also if you are working out a lot it helps to consume lots of protein for muscles.

After my workout in the morning I get 20 minutes to play my xbox360 before I have to go to work. All work and no play...

1200? Essh might be too low. Starvation mode might be holding you back. If you're going to be low then adjust to at least 1400-1600. As long as you stay away from deep fried fatty food and even pop (diet too) you will start to see your results

Well besides losing the weight, is there a HUGE goal in sight? Like a family gathering? impressing someone? Jumping back on and off sounds to me that you are making huge commitments with no punishment if you fall off. Seeing yourself with a goal to strive for will keep you on track

Congrats on making the step. So far I've noticed the hardest part in the beginning is getting the routine down and logging in your calories. Other than that the pounds should be dropping at a steady rate. Just stick with it

Great you made the change. So far after a month, the community has been great. However I have noticed through friends and my girlfriend, the lingering amount of creepos, so beware.

Yeah I heard it on the radio too. I agree that is way too much sugar before or after a work out. But hey if the numbers show some type of improvement....

Yeah I'm doing Lean P90x and I'm losing the weight very quickly. Its hard at first but every morning it gets easier and easier I high recommend it
