For anyone who has never done insanity, I recommend P90x "lean" first. it lets you get your cardio wayyyy up, (which helps because I hear you are out of breath a lot heh)

I'm on my 12th week of p90x lean. 12 weeks 44lbs down. I was real strict though. No deep fried foods, no caffine, no alcohol and no pop. High protein and fiber. I suggest protein shakes and replace breads with whole wheat

MFP recommends I eat around 2400 calories. AND... if I add my exercise I'll be at around 2800 calories. I could eat pretty much anything I wanted. I manually changed it to 1650. I know what you mean, I do strictly P90x. 11weeks in and down 43lbs. All I do is wakeup 1 hour before I have to go to work in the morning. Then follow a good diet. Yeah I hear ya. I was at 1650, after my work out I would be at 2100-2200. As long as I got close to my calories at the end of the day I would lose a pound, sometimes two the next day. Even on my cheat day taco bell made me lose 2 lbs haha

Wow, dude good find. I have been putting in a generic number based off of blogs and other peoples numbers. Based on my size I have been under shooting my calories, I've been burning more than I have putting down. This will surely help Thanks

I'm having this same problem with my job. I am having to get up early to go to work, not to mention the amount of walking I do all day. I just really manage food intake. Try going for a walk or go somewhere and do a few p90x moves. The key is watching your diet,

I know what you mean. On my rest days a trainer friend told me to indulge but still its tough. I eat pretty well and ill just go for a slow steady 1 mile walk in the afternoon.

Dont give up. What has been great for me was I allowed myself 1650 calories, however I burn 450 calories working out, putting me at 2200ish. as long as I stay with in 200-300 calories I've been doing pretty well.
