Ham for sure.... other than that I am debating. It is just going to be my husband, my parents and myself (maybe my brother-in-law & his girlfriend). I L❤VE to cook so I always go super overboard when making celebratory meals. I am going to TRY and keep it healthy this Easter but I don't know if it will happen.

I agree with twoscmom, it could very well be your protein level. I have tremendously increased my protein intake and it has made a huge difference for me.

I could not agree more. You could get such a better, more well rounded and complete breakfast for the same numbers of calories. There are so many quick, make ahead, breakfast ideas out there online. You can't get any quicker or easier than just baking chicken breasts/thighs, any type of fish/shrimp in the oven, and pairing it with a steamable vegetable side.
