Oh, yes it is SOOOO good. That's why I had 2 bowls. I don't think I will have anymore though, I dont now how I am going to workout tonight. I'm struggling to sit in my chair...ugh.

ok, so the 2 bowls of the AMAZING fiber one caramel cereal I ate last night is most likely the culprit.

I have started eating fiber one products and I feel like I am going to explode! Has anyone else experienced this and if so HOW DO YOU MAKE IT GO AWAY! Does anyone know if there is there a way to eat a high fiber diet without the terrible gassy side effects?

Oh, I have taken a spill (fallen). I was trying the treadmill that has two treads that act as a stepper... it is similar to this Not a great machine for the uncoordinated.

I only am 5'3 and weigh 130 lbs. but when I try to run my shins ache and I sound like I’m going to break the treadmill! FYI: When I took Hydroxycut I developed ulcers in my mouth. I will occasionally take one Xenadrine to give me a boost before a workout on especially hard days but I wouldn’t take it the way the advise on the packaging (i.e. twice a day, every day).

I'm only 30 and I fear having to live with being hungry for the rest of my life in order to stay fit and thin. What exactly do you surgeries limit your from doing? Have you tried yoga or pilates? It’s not exactly cardio but it is exercise and it does burn calories.

I made it to the gym last night. I thought it was a yoga class, turned out it was Pilates. It was really hot in the studio but it felt so good to sweat. When I left I felt better, both mentally and physically. Great suggestion! I'm glad I didn't overdo it.

I have heard a lot of people talking about cleansing at my gym and some even rave about colonics. Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with this and should I try it? I have IBS w/ constipation and the idea of flushing out my system sound both wonderful and terrifying at the same time.
