Splurged on an expensive car. I have always settle for the economic, reliable option but I have friends who trade thier cars in for the bigger and better model every few years.

I could handle the being nude part but seeing others nude makes me very uncomfortable though. I couldnt even look at the nude model in my art class in college. Weird, huh?

I agree that you need to ease your way into Cross Fit. There is a lot of technique needed to perform the workouts correctly. Like anything else, you will only get out what you put in.

I did see a change in my body shape, mostly in my upper body. I have before pictures and current pictures but I an hesitant to post them. My before pictures are not true "before" picture because I have been working out for years but they were taken before I started with my trainer. The thing I like most about the workouts…

I love your topic heading. :laugh: I think portion control is hard for most people and cardio is my nemesis! I have been working on my running for months and still can't seem to run a mile. :grumble:

I work with a cross fit trainer and LOVE IT!!! It is an incredible workout. Careful though it will make you puke if push too hard. :laugh: My trainer loves it when I tell him I'm going to be sick. Cardio before carbs in the morning is great for burning calories. I give you credit for getting up that early. I get up at 5:30am to do cardio and I will admit I am a zombie for the first 30 minutes. :laugh: I drink a protien shake when I get back from the gym then follow up with breakfast and hour later.
