I chose to set the activity level at my lifestyle as it would be without workouts. What am I doing _most_ of my day, even if it means that I spend 90 minutes each day working out like a madman, the rest of the day I am sitting in a chair. That way, my workout calories aren't double counted... Hope that helps. Thomas SF
