Battled a nasty head cold for the past 4 days. Finally did a light workout on Saturday and Sunday. Did Pure Cardio this morning felt good but tired.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and head cold. I tried to push through Shoulders and arms but I gassed out halfway thru so I stopped. Gonna hit bed early tonight. Loading myself up with Green tea and shakeology. It is helping so hoping for a better day tomorrow.

I am a big believer in stick to the plan that works. You have seen the results for insanity. Wieght watchers in my mind is for light exercise. Insanity is no light exercise. I would really focus on getting your percentages as close as possible. I believe that with insanity it is a 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat. You will…

Why do you say you are at level 2? What is your body fat percentage right now? I stated on phase 1 of the diet plan until I reached about 10% body fat and then went to a level 2. I also prep all my meals the night before and that helps with really zoning in on your nutrition.

That is a great idea about hanging your schedule on your fridge. I love that. This is my third round of a beachbody program and I am on my 60th day of my p90x and insanity hybrid schedule.

I agree a heart rate is gonna be the best way to determine your calories burned.

With Insanity you just need to do your best. The biggest tip that I give everyone is dont try to follow what is on tv. I see what exercise they are doing then I look away. You have to go at your pace and push yourself at your pace. You will get results. TRUST THE PROCESS! Keep going!

I don't weigh myself at all maybe once a month. The reason being weight can change from the morning to the afternoon. You have started on the right step but just committing to get healthy. The biggest thing that helped me lose all the weight is have a plan of action. Dont just jump in cold feet and say I am going to eat healthy and exercise. If you need help and encouragement let me know I would love to help you.

I have found that spacing my meals out to 5 or 6 a day then I do not get the cravings. Eating is a good thing. Our body needs the fuel to survive and for muscle growth. Just remember everything in moderation.
