Oh almost forgot...if you are working off 600 calories then you need to eat some of those back. Its not good to go under 1200. If you eat 1200, work off 600, eat another 400-600.I always make sure my end calorie intake of the day is between 1000-12000 with my workouts

ts normal when you first cut your calories to lose a lot of weight. I just lowered my calories after upping them to restart my metabolism and am losing around 1/2 a pound a day. I am the same way. We have kids and spending money on myself is something I just dont do, even though I know I should. I reward myself by knowing Im healthier for my kids and husband. I reward myself with being able to fit in smaller clothes....worst part of losing weight, having to spend money on smaller clothes!!

After 4 8 pounders Id need a miracle to look anything like you guys!!! Awesome job! After i lose this last 25 pounds Ill be getting a tummy tuck and boob job. I wouldnt trade my miracles for anything though. I love my pouch and tiger stripes!

Every morning so I can track whether or not I lost or gained and then change what I did the previous day if needed. Ive lost 60 lbs doing it so its not an issue for me.

I eat 1200-1400 calories a day. I choose healthy foods and try and eat as clean as possible but Im not gonna cut out processed food completely. On days I cheat, I still make better choices than I would have before. We dont eat white bread or white pasta. whole wheat only and lots more fruits and veggies.

I personally drink diet soda, at least a 4oz glass a day with one of my meals. I hate water so diet soda is my treat.
