Way to go!!^ I weighed myself at the gym today and I've lost 3lbs..that was before I ate anything today so I might be more like 2-2.5lbs but hey that's what the scale said!! :)

I go to the gym in the morning before hubby and baby are up and I also do workouts at home in the evenings. Videos and circuit stuff and going for walks/runs when its not too cold! :) Diet is key though so I'm really trying to focus on eating well!

Better eating makes a huge difference! This summer I ate lot's of ice cream and Cheezies lol Sooo not me!

Snacks are my problem too Tina! I love boot camp workouts, tough but u get results!
