Not only do they not work, many are dangerous. They will kill off your water weight in 2 days but when you come off them it comes right back within the same amount of time! They basically make you pee like a racehorse for 48 hours. If thats what your into go for it! Actually, don't.

People noticed last 2 weeks ago after 21lbs. I was miffed as for 60+ days no-one had noticed but then BAM! - Most people I come across mention it. Feels GREAT.

I have NO idea why people claim they dont have time to track! I do mines in real time. Less than 30 seconds on my phone each meal time. OR, at the end of the night, less than 2 minutes logging. Surely you have 2 minutes?

Heehee :P My biggest loss ever was on diet pills that made me lose about 9lbs in a couple of DAYS. All water, some muscle, and other such things. It was like a detox, I was never off the toilet. That was NOT nice. Since doing it properly, my first week I lost about 5lbs. All water Im sure! Now its about 1.5 a week.

I find the gym too strenuous on my hips. So I walk and its helped me lose the 25lbs I have so far. And I dont even go out of my way to walk, I simple walk to and from work now. Thats the only extra exercise I get. Its about 5000 steps there, 5000 back. So Yeah, only 10,000 steps a day 5 days a week and thats been plenty.

Work on building muscle. Hit the gym and lift! Also try to get all of your protein in, daily. If you can't get it from nutrition ( which is always best ) perhaps a shake? I buy a supermarket ready made protein shake. I find when I drink 2 or 3 a week my loss is slighter better. Protein is very important.

I was on 1200 for 50 days. I stalled and stayed there for 3 weeks. I then went up to 1400 and can tell you I have lost 2lbs in the past 9 days.
