I pay attention to my calories now, and try to get off my bum.. i eat no more than 1300 6 days a week, then on one day i eat up to 1700 I started a week before Christmas I had to decide to do it, i had to want it.

Sometimes I eat them back.. sometimes i dont.. I dont even count how many calories i burn. So i tend to under estimate my calorie burn, therefore i snack less when "eating them back".. I focus on my eating habits.. Working out is just to help out the loss and tone as i get there.. I say do what ever works for you!

Just live and learn.. Try to plan ahead.. If i know ill be eating out later, or i may have no choice.. I will eat VERY light, and kill with some cardio a few times that day.. I figure I at least break even.. But I am probably still in my deficit. Works for me.. Good luck!

I eat like 1300 to 1400 a day and ive lost 31 pounds since december.. But i am religious about portions.. I do work out, but not that much at first.. Forgive me youre right.. I always weigh in first thing in the morning, before breakfast or my green tea. And no.. I do not binge lol.. I eat in portion size still. I just eat so clean all week, so I wanst sure.. haha

Eh just want to be healthy and happy! Never realized how many calories I ate... So tackled that, as well as rode my bike every where, lost 31 pounds in 3 months!!! Now Im aiming for the rest! What about you? :-))
