  • I think the important thing is to try to avoid eating 1-2 hours before you go to sleep. Like you, I'm often starting after my evening workouts, and you won't be able to rest well on a hungry stomach. I would have a small healthy snack after your workouts and don't feel a bit guilty about it! Just keep tracking!
