What @HippySkoppy said. A simple change from a goal of 1.5 lbs a week from 2 fixed this for me. I was so stressed it wasn't going to happen fast enough but seriously it is such an improvement. And twice now I've lost over 2lbs anyway.

I went tonight as well. Skipped the chips. I had two shrimp tacos on corn tortillas with tomato, onion, salsa, Guac and a tiny bit of sour cream.

I have thought of this. I catch myself even feeling sorry for him. Because he's my husband and it hurts me to see him hurting. I think he is realizing that but that isn't going to make everything okay. This is going to take a lot of bad days and time.

I was tested in September and all was well. Because my test was only one month after I have an appointment tomorrow to be rechecked. Sad. Never thought I would even have to be thinking of this.

Basically this yes. He said he knew he messed up right after and the grass isn't greener (he even said that) and he isn't sure why he ever felt like he needed to sleep with more than one person to be sure I was the one (oh thanks!!!) and he regrets it every day.
