Right now it’s a shrimp stir fry. Shrimp, onion, zucchini, brown rice with low sodium teriyaki sauce.

Hi Amanda! I sent you a friend request and a message. :)

LOL! Laughing *with you* in a super loving way. I’m sure you are relieved.

I am so happy to read this post. I am on birth control pills but this still happens to me. The week before is horrible. My stomach is a bottomless pit and I feel ravenous. Edit to add: I always want a divorce on that week too....

I second the paper towel. The extra gets absorbed.

Totally understand. I was 272 in April 2016. May 2017 I hit 206. Had a rough summer and here I sit at 236. This can really go either way for me right now. One road leads to health and feeling good. The other to depression and nothing good. I know what I need to do. So do you. It isn't easy but so worth it. Let's do it.

Why woo? Whoever you are?

Wow, y'all are awesome. Thank you so much for the advice and encouragement.

@88olds thank you so much for that. I love that. You are so right. Losing weight and getting healthy really started as a gift to myself. Somehow along the way it got lost. I had a bump in my marriage and the more "back to normal" life got afterwards... the more my old "normal" bad habits crept back. Your perspective was…

@TavistockToad I was seeing someone and stopped due to cost. I have new insurance now and I am going to find someone. A marital issue two years ago took my self esteem and mopped the floor with it. I am certainly working on turning it around. Thank you!

I know you are right @BZAH10 . I am just really struggling with that right now for some reason. Thank you!

Thank you SO much for posting this!! I can't tell you how bad I needed this. I lost 66 pounds in the last year. I put 20 back on from May- now. My new fun clothes are so tight. I know if I don't get a handle on things, I will be back where I started and sad by Christmas. I am ready to head back the other way. Again, thank…

Enter your new weight under "goals" instead of progress and it'll do it on the app.

Eggs. BabyBel cheese. Bagged salad. Watermelon, grapes, strawberries. Greek yogurt. Baby carrots. Pickles. Lean cuisines (not exciting or sodium friendly but with a salad or half bag of steamed veggies. Easy.) Zoodles.

Fritos. Taste good. Smell horrible.

I've got the time if you have the laboratory? :D and yes my home chicken is 120 cal for 3 oz and the rotisserie I buy is 170 for 3 oz.

Amazing! This will be the best thing you have ever done for yourself. Good luck with your journey!

I am not sure? She said shoot for 100 and I'm at 172. Edit typo

Thank you all so much for the congratulations and encouragement :)

@mmapags all she said was the LDL was 244 and they want under 200. HDL was 172 and they want under 100. I spent 28 years morbidly obese for my height 5'0 and never had this happen.

Thank you everyone! I guess I will just keep on trucking, amp up my exercise ( which I never really do :# ) and try not to be too concerned.
-
I also found this- but I am not sure it truly even means anything.
-
If that is you... not you.
-
Not the answer you want.... but just have it taken out. The chances of you doing low carb for two straight weeks with preparations, bachelorette parties, and the rehearsal dinner are slim. I'm not being negative .. I just know personally I have an issue with upcoming events and just overall sabotage. If you think you can…

And more importantly, you look happy and like you feel fab!

1 & 3!!! You look amazing.

She probably has some resentment towards you for how you have approached it in the past. Rightly so. Numerous miscarriages would depress anyone. You basically blame her for anytime you fall off the wagon. I'm sure if she stumbled across this forum and saw her lovely husband blasting her health, ability to be a mother, state…

I guess it was a new name!

Friends for a few days and now she is gone totally. Interesting.

You didn't notice? You didn't need new clothes? I don't really think you would have appreciated it being pointed out like you think. Take personal responsibility for what has happened and change it. You are in charge of you.
