I just started building my own salad at home for this reason. I was spending way too much running through Panera for my favorite salad. For this week it is chicken, bleu cheese, pecans, red onions, spring mix and apple chips.

I just did it on the calculator. The way it comes with cheese and mayo is 700. If you take it off it's 400 like you said. It's the same as before. I'm confused.

I have made these egg muffins for two weeks. They are easy to make and reheat well. Grab and go.

My husband is the exact same. I just eat smaller amounts and make sure to always have a salad or veggie to have more of if I'm still hungry. Sometimes I'll skip the starch. Sometimes not. Just depends on my goals for the day.

Make sure you are recalibrating when you move it. Put the scale where you want. Press it on. Let it turn off totally and then use it. Edit: typo.

I eat it on baby carrots, celery, tomato slices, peppers and cucumber. Sounds odd but I love it on apples too. I am a total cream cheese freak. A bagel with it is my absolute favorite food. Hi! Started at 272 and currently 244. Would love to be 160 at some point. My diet is 1410 calories per day and I eat everything in moderation but try to obviously make healthier choices. Kind of the 80/20 rule :) add me if you would like to support each other!

Have you recalculated your calorie goals based on your new weight? That may be a silly question but some people don't realize.
