When I was googling after the appointment i did see a few things about salt being invalid to BP. My doctor said it so I thought it couldn't hurt to reevaluate that a little bit. My weight loss journey continues!

Yes. Six years. I plan to get off of it end of October. My husband just had a vasectomy and we have to wait two months for his "sample test" hah to come back and make sure we are good to go. Then I won't have to take it at all. Thanks for the input. I wonder if that will make any difference. I have high anxiety as well.

Get a digital food scale (I can't emphasize this enough) and get honest with your logging! The results will come.

I stop around 7pm. It has nothing to do with that being some magical number or that I feel it makes any difference in my weight loss what so ever. I just try to close my diary around 7 and tell myself I am done for the day. All it really does is deter me from grazing around the kitchen eating random things..

I always have this problem! I love homemade fried catfish.. Homemade chicken wings.. But I get so weird about the oil. Especially considering I fry it for my family so even if I weighed the oil it wouldn't be accurate to find what I ate. I guess I could pan fry my food and use the fryer for theirs and then weigh it.…

First of all.. You are pretty. Second of all.. Don't put so much of your self worth into being pretty. I know how it feels and boy am I guilty of it too. You have to do this for YOU. Do it for the way you want to feel about yourself and not for how you want others to see you. You can do this.

I find them easy on busy days. Paired with a side salad or fruit they work pretty well for me. They are packed with sodium which is their only downfall. I have no medical reason to watch sodium really but I still try to keep it in range. I average 1-2 per week out of per convenience.

I'm glad your wife is honest with you and you see it as motivation. I find people who detest others for things that are none of their business rather disgusting. But great job losing the weight!

True!!! I normally don't even care about goldfish. Cheez it's are banned from my house. Lol :)
