Wow. I hit "Phase 2" and I quit awhile ago. I want to get back on track to hit phase 3, but I don't know if I have the motivation and time. My schedule is driving me nuts.

Uhm... ramen noodles. I'm a baaaaaaaaad girl. =D

Those who get the underline probably use Mozilla Firefox as their web browser. I have Internet Explorer and Firefox, and I'm using Firefox right now. It is underlining every word I spell incorrectly. :) Maybe you should Google it. :)

Thanks for the support.

So, school has gotten to me. I stopped going to Fresno State, moved back to my hometown and now going to a community college. It's not anywhere where I wanted to be now, and neither is my weight. I lost 20 pounds in the first 3-4 weeks I was here. And now, I've taken such a long break, it feels like I'll never be able to…

I look at myself in the mirror every morning to make sure I don't overeat.

Oh, no. You are surely not the only one. I had the same problems when I first started. For example, I went 2 whole weeks, and then WHAM, I broke down. I wanted something SO BAD. It was uncontrollable. It's almost an addiction. I learned, I could work on an assignment from one of my classes, or go run. The best thing for me…

I put in 19- ten pound bags. People were looking at me weird. I just imagined that they were looking at the weight.

Scenario: You are at the grocery store, only to buy milk, bread, and eggs, when you look at the Ice cream aisle, right next to the milk aisle. Your stomach growls in anticipation. After all, it's only been 2 weeks since you first started dieting. You could use a little treat, right? DON'T. Solution: Load up a grocery cart…

I'm not a big soda person, it make me sick to my stomach, because I have an intolerance to the carmel color dye in sodas. If I am craving soda, I drink a half a glass (4 oz) of Diet 7UP. 7Up doesn't hurt my stomach as much as regular soda, and it gives me a little soda craving when I have one, which rarely happens.

It may be a pinched nerve in your back. I experienced the same thing in high school during softball season. If it is a pinched nerve, absolutely DO NOT rub it. It will irritate it and make hurt even more. The best thing to do is find a giant exercise ball, or medicine ball, and lay on your back on the ball, and then…

Totally don't worry. I did this last night. T.O.M. was following me around, and just absolutely FORCED ME  to eat at Applebees. SO I went over by about 1500 calories yesterday. Don't worry, it happens. Just move on. It's another day. Go take a walk. :D

Same here! All my friends are all thin. :( So be my friend, online. We support each other, ALRIGHT? WOOHOO. Let's get going! Umm... after I finish my 3 projects.

So, I'm back at college. School started again, and WHAM, 17 assignments in only 3 classes! I've been so busy, and so stressed that I ate all my problem foods, let my parents convince me into going to a buffet. Now I think I've gained. I feel so horrible. I'm so disappointed that I don't even enter in my calories anymore. I…

A good one my aunt told me to try is to eat a bite for every commercial that DOESN'T make you laugh, or even smile. Because Super Bowl isn't about the game, it's about the commercials!

It is not a myth. When studies say that muscles weighs more than fat, they are taking 1 cubic inch of fat and comparing it to 1 cubic inch of muscle. Muscle weighs more because there is more stuff crammed into it (also called MASS). Mass divided by volume is why some people (namely, overweight people) have an easier time…

I'm not trying to lose 75, but I'm trying to lose 70. Sort of close.

So far, I have lost 15 pounds, in about 1 and a half months. It's one of the best sites. I never realized how much I put into my mouth until I looked at my diary. :(

My first day was a test day, to see how many calories I consumed. It was about 2400. I eat 1200 now. And I've lost 10 pounds.

Getting out that old guitar could have a few perks! So, you see it sitting in the back of your closet. The old guitar. You love playing it when you were 25. But now, you're an adult, too old and too stressed to play a musical instrument. You're on your diet, always exercising, always counting your foods. But did you know…

Losing weight and going to the bathroom go hand in hand. Drinking more water has great benefits and only one downside. Pros: 1) Drinking water helps you flush out your system, which your kidneys will like  2) Drinking water can help clear your skin 3) Drinking water helps you lose weight by flushing out your system.…

Just thought somebody here might like a little pick me up today. Look at my display picture.

Yeah, I was so excited after 1 pound too. Then 5 pounds. Then 1 pant size. It's the little achievements that matter so much.

Well, I used to love in Visalia, but I got a rental in Fresno for college.

Okay, so, I am exercising by walking to my classes from my home. It's a 20 minute walk, with about a 20 pound backpack (all my classes are right after each other, so I bring all my books with me). By doing this, I burn around 100 calories. Well, I also have an Symphonic Orchestra class, where I play my cello for 90-100…

I'm only 20, and I weigh 185. I don't ever even remember being skinny. Just bad choices from my mom and bad choices from me. My mom turned to surgery to save her life. I told myself I would never do that. I'd kill myself if I ever it 200. But it's the small steps that matter. Before I turn 21, I want to lose at least 5…

Wow Lauren! You sounds exactly like me! Same height, same goal weight. Only I'm at 180 right now, and started at 185. Anyways, it's a great site and it has helped me a lot so far!

Hey, welcome. I've been overweight since, I was, like, 9 I think. I'm almost 21 now, and I just want everything of. If you really want it, you will work for it. Just remember, everyday is a new day, and if you mess up one day, just forget about it and move on.

The concert went great! I had a cello solo, and it went perfect! And as soon as my birthday comes (TURNING 21 SOON! ), I'm going to use some money to buy a pair of 12's!
