Congrats!

I've been off MFP for the past week or two- sorry. :blushing:
-
I do this every once in awhile, though. If I'm craving something- and ONLY if I'm craving it, do I eat. But in the end, I exercise it off. This is something you couldn't do everyday, obviously, because then you just think you can eat all the crap you want, and then when you're done exercising, you're screwed over. My…

So... I was doing really well this morning. Until I went to school to get my schedule. It's horrible. Utterly atrocious. And then, even worse, my friend's mom called me today. My best friend was beaten with a BASEBALL BAT on the way home from our school. Was it a random attack? NO. They whacked him in the legs, then in his…

Shamelessly bumping my own thread. =(

None, none at all? I'm going crazy.

I have to say, I'm the same with just regular butter and jelly. And my silly father always puts the butter knife (all smothered in butter) right into the jelly jar. :grumble: Surprise! Ewiness on my PB and J.
-
Oh, sorry! The week was short and I forgot. I'm at 195 even this week.
-
Wooh, that's awesome. Congrats!
-
*gasp* Why?
-
Ew... you keep the pieces separate? I squish mine together. And PB&J sounds good right now.

I'm no doctor or nutritionist, but the fat, protein and sodium, I wouldn't worry about. It's good that you've got lots of fiber, but be a little careful going over by too much- no one likes diarrhea. Like you said, it's not good to go over by a lot on sugar, and the sugar will add to the carbs... so lower your sugar, and…

Congratulations, that's such a great accomplishment. Good job on making two healthy decisions in life. I know you can do it. I hope you get that treadmill.
-
LOL, I love the website too! Good luck on getting under 200, I know you can do it!! I want to see the look on your hubby's face when you show off the new you. Keep working at it!

Oooh, I know what you mean. There are three boxes of cookies sitting on the kitchen counter where we keep the bread.

Ugh. I only got 6 hours of sleep last night. It's more than I get normally during the school year, but when I'm used to functioning on 12-13 hours of sleep, I feel like I've been hit by a bus. I've got housework to do today- cleaning out my closet and my bookshelf, some laundry, and organizing the cabinets under the…

Cellorocker - what a great inspiration!!!! Is your mom a little more used to it now? My daughter donates too, and I cried the first time... not because of the loss of her long blonde hair, but because she was doing something so kind and generous at the age of 8 that it moved my soppy mama-heart. heart LOL, my mom's used to…

I was surprised, I actually did pretty well. I didn't find it too difficult. But I was breathing hard at the end, and sweating like a pig. I jumped in the ice cold shower and it felt soooo good. How did you like it? I'm doing Day 2 tomorrow. My only setback is that my mom doesn't approve of me exercising (don't even ask me…

Like the other user said, you can have some milk (I have all-natural, no sugar added juice instead). If you can get yourself to eat an avocado, or some nuts, that's good too.

I was on the Relay for Life track with my cousin, when I met a girl who was in remission. She was a year older than me at the time (I was... 12, I think) and she said she got her wig from hair donated from LOL. I didn't know what it was, and when she explained what it was to me, I was like "That's awesome!" And at that…

I tried it today! And oh yes, I was sweating at the end of the workout. Should I drink more than 8 cups of water today because I was sweating profusely during the program? And I have to agree, Ullrey's Podcasts are amazing. I just stuck my iPod on the iHome, and hopped on the treadmill.

This is what I love most about the site- the immense support you can get from others. Good luck on your journey! I hope you meet all your goals.
-
I did that with my cousin's old prom dress- and I'm borrowing it and wearing it winter formal this year (unless I have to buy an even smaller dress) Congrats. I feels awesome, doesn't it?
-
I'm trying 5 again. =D
-
Totally! My one problem is that I have no idea how many calories I burned. The distance, calorie, etc things are all burnt out on the treadmill. I'm trying to get an estimate, but I don't have a heart rate monitor, and there's no way I can get one. :drinker: C! :drinker: 2! :drinker: 5! :drinker: K! :drinker: Couch to 5k!…
-
Congrats on the 10 pounds! And donating hair is so awesome. I've donated 30 inches so far.
-
Okay, there's no way I can get a HRM anytime soon, but I'd really like to know what I'm burning when I'm running the C25K. I did the first week, day 1. What should I log this under?
-
It's alright, just get right back on track. Today is a new day. Good luck!
-
Hey, welcome! Just like Casper said, honestly record your food, drink your water, and you'll be off! Good luck on your journey here! I hope you reach all of your goals.

I pledged 5 last time and made it right on. I'll do 5 again this week.
