cant eat all my calories!!

Hi
I am suppose to eat 1200 call a day.
When i exercise I am allowed to eat around an other 500 more
That makes 1700
I can't finish it!
I normally eat a sandwich for breakfast and lunch, with some fruit as snacks. That's not more than 500 cal. I have 1200 left for dinner.
I love eating vegetables and chicken but how much do I need to eat to reach my 1200
I am not a fast food eater and don't like fried stuff.
What should I eat
Who can help me out here.
I have been here a few weeks but not losing because maybe i eat to little??

a handful of nuts is a good one good fats etc.
glass of milk.
dark chocolate.
eat things like potatoes or sweet potato to your evening meal.

bananas are a good way to get calories up, if you were to eat 3 in a day it would be an extra 400 calories, but they are high in carbs, but they are good for pottasium.
yoghurts aswell, like muller rices' they are 250 per tub, but high in calcium and low in fat.
just a few ideas!
im in the same situation, im putting weight on because im not eating enough, i was living off 3 bowls of museli!0 -
Like the other user said, you can have some milk (I have all-natural, no sugar added juice instead).
If you can get yourself to eat an avocado, or some nuts, that's good too.0 -
Well I wish I had your problem, I'm always going over my calories
I keep a box of Roasted Garlic triscuits and a small tub of Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Chives and Onion, and having 3 triscuits with some of that cream cheese is not only delicious, but over 100 calories I'm sure. 6 triscuits alone are 120 calories I believe, but having 3 or 4 with the cream cheese usually satisfies me if I want to indulge a bit. Hi its 6pm had my dinner and still have lots of call left.
No I am stuffing my face in a boiled egg, milk and nuts
ha ha
Now I know this is definitely where I go wrong
