Exercise that involve

punching, kicking, grunting, and screaming?

I'm needing a few right now. I'm really really angry and upset.
Instead of going to the freezer and grabbing the ice cream, I'm trying to exercise. But running isn't helping.
What are some exercises that I can smack something around, maybe grunt and scream a little?
