I have been doing this program in combination of strength training and soccer training. To answer your question, it is very possible. :smile: It will make you stronger and faster.

I have been doing it for 5 weeks now and it says to go at your own pace, so maybe next time do not try and follow the pace of Shawn T. but your own, invest in a heart rate monitor so you can check your heart while doing the workout and maintain a healthy HR for your age.

Thank you for your responses. Increasing calorie intake and remaining at a weight loss of a 1/2 a pound a week is working. I'm not eating my calories burned from any workout. so far I have not loss or gain anything. :) Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

Insanity is a great program, give your body some time to adjust. Make sure you drink plenty of water and only weight yourself 1 time per week, right when you wake up, as your body will gain a pound of two from water and food as stated above :) by some of the other members.
