I did it for the first 3 weeks of September and lost a total of 17lbs, I refed properly and did manintenance for a couple of weeks and to date I have only put back on 2lbs, but thats…

I am a big fan of the Shiraz (red wine) and could quite happily drink it every night but I'm certain it hinders my weight loss even when I keep it within the calorie limit; Drinking alcohol makes me hold water and then I think it just turns into fat. boo hoo:-( so I try to have as many alcohol free days as possible and…

That is a lot of weight to loose in 3 weeks, you should be well happy with that, and give yourself another couple of weeks before you expect to loose much more; most of us have to be happy with a lot less. Your body needs time to adjust so just keep going and things will start to even out. You really notice the difference…

Wow, that's some difference, and this is getting me excited about loosing more; I have only lost 5lbs and it's slow but already people are starting to notice; I'm the same height as you so looking forward to seeing similar changes.

You can really see the difference, if your face and round your shoulders as well. Great job and keep going.

When I started I didnt weigh myself for 3 weeks and I had 4lbs off, not a big loss and I would love it to come off faster but it didnt go on overnight so I can't expect miracles. In 3 days your body hasn't adjusted to the new programme so you will just have to be patient; bann yourself from the scales for two weeks, keep…

All these pictures are incredible, what an inspiration, just hardens my resolve to keep going; can wait till I have enough weight off to post before and afters. Well done everybody.

Wow, well done you look fantastic. You have similar stats and goals as I do so I only hope I can do as well as you. Congrats.
-
It really is great to see all you folk loosing at the same or similar rate, it has taught me to be patient and keep going; thank you all. also like the idea of the 1lb water bottle, must try that one and it will keep me going.
-
Fantastic job, you look 10 years younger.
-
Thats fantastic, you have done so well. Congratulations.

Dont loose heart, it could take up to a month to loose any but you will. I didnt even weigh myself for 3 weeks for fear of seeing those scales not moving but when I did, I had 4lbs off, but a week later nothing, so it could be another couple of weeks before I have another drop. Some people loose at different rates so we…

Well done, you look great.....an inspiration to us all. Please share any success tips you may have.

Know how you feel, I posted earlier about being in a similar spot but as everyone said, 4 is great and it's better to come off slow but sure and hopefully it will stay off. You will probably drop another couple next week. Just try to be patient.

Ok, I agree the weekend was poor with the quick adds and I shouldn't guesstimate, but I was away for the weekend so I was unable to add exactly what I ate but in fairness I think I over estimated to err on the side of caution as I was really carefull with my food choices. Any other quick adds are usually from something…
