i have been doing the keto diet since Feb 4th 2013... I refuse to weigh myself but I know and see the FAT loss! I make keto friendly deserts, and breads. I eat between 20g of carbs high fat a medium amount of protien... Bacon is my best friend and make sure you eat the veggies.. I now cant fathom eating the crap I used…

If you absolutely have to stay at 1200 cals.. then I suggest you do some cardio and strength training... so that you can eat back the calories you burn.. also if you are hungry... eat smaller meals more frequently and this should satisfy your hunger... make sure you are getting your eating high fiber ...if allowed....…

Your gaining muscle. You should be proud.. as long as you're eating healthy dont worry about the scale!

If you work out it's very important to eat back whatever calories you burn... otherwise it may mess with your metabalism. :) Good luck! This is what I do and it's working well!!!
