I've been here since Febm but haven't really used the social side. So you can all add me aswell, here & on facebook. I really need motivation to jot down my food. I'm good with exercise, but not goos with tracking. I'm looking to loose about 20 lbs.

I notmally eat my plain or with hummus or even greek yogurt..yum. I reallly like the idea of haveing spinach as a side, as normally I'm not in the mood for a salad
