Squats, lunges and deadlifts. Great for builiding muscle in your booty. Combine with eating enough, and getting plenty of protein. That's how my stomach got flatter.

Are you eating enough now? Junk food contains a lot of calories, if you replace that with veggies, you get a big calorie gap.

Hip measurement is mostly determined by your bones. You might be able to shave off a bit, but not that much I think.

Just keep going with small deficit and strength, cardio and plenty of protein and you will get there.

"lose fat" Nope, just water weight because they usually contain diuretics and/or cafeine. "hydrate body" that happens normally as well, as you eat food and drink water/tea/whatever. Just eat normal food, don't waste your money. You can make your own smoothies if you like em.

Yes, visit doctor. Either weight or bodyfat % is too low for your health. And why do you train 3 hours per day? That seems obsessive and not healthy.

You make time to exercise, it's healthier long time. Else you will lose muscle mass.

Just make sure going that low in BF% is healthy for you, it does not work for everyone.

It is 1 lbs, take a good poop and it's gone. Why would you do this eating plan now? It's not sustainable..

How is that too far? That is barely 1200 calories, my BMR is already 1800.

I think you need to eat more, you are a very active male. I already eat 2500 per day (woman, 26 years old, 5'11" and around 165 lbs) You are eating around my BMR while working out.

Think about why you eat. Are you bored? Tired? Sad? Angry? Try to work on that, get more active, see a therapist if needed.

It's just one day. One healthy meal won't make you lose weight, just as one high calorie meal won't mess up your progress. You did not fail, tomorrow is a new day. You ate that food, at least enjoy it.

Lift + small deficit. Get enough protein (at least 100 grams) Why wait until you lose weight? The combo of exercise and healthy eating works better lomg term.

Make sure you get enough sleep, it makes it easier to get out of bed.
