It is a nice place to start, but it is VERY light for a kettlebell. I think the average female handbag weighs more. So if you really want to train with a kettlebell, try to get something in the 20-26 lbs range or so.

If you regularely need a 'binge' meal, you might have your calorie goals set too low. Try to eat a little bit more on your normal days and see if it goes away. Just fit in some small tasty snacks every day or so. So instead of 1500 everyday, maybe try 1600-1700, so you can eat some chocolate or something.

You're taking 2 deload weeks, those are good to do :) Just try to fit in many walks and such, maybe some hiking if you're in that kind of area. Play around with the kids and have fun, you will not lose your progress.

Whey = fast Casein = slow Lose weight = calorie deficit Doesn't matter if you take your whey during the day if you feel like it, I often do so too. It just gets used for energy (if you are in slight deficit or maintaining of course)

You don't really need those 8 cups, if you eat a lot of fruits and veggies with high water content, you need less. This. 1200 calories is a way too low calorie goal for most people in the long term. Do you really see yourself eating like this for the rest of your life?

You need to eat more. It's something with strss hormones, the levels of that increase during the night, causing you to wake up every night at that time. Just try eating a bit more in the evening, a bowl of greek yoghurt around 9 helps me a lot and see if it helps.

Just start with walking, daily walk of 30 minutes is a great start. Slowly add more exercise as you eat healthier and start losing weight. Just see how it goes, try to do cardio and weights, and focus on enough protein.

You can easily make a smoothie/shake yourself that will be more healthy and filling. Prep the night before, and just toss in the blender in the morning and drink it. Milk, oats, fruit, maybe bit of protein powder/greek yoghurt, done.

Make sure to load up at veggies first at the buffet (add some meat or eggs too), go to your table and eat all that first. Wait 10 minutes and then go back to get some more. You will have filled up considerably and won't eat as much of other stuff. Just remember to eat slowly and enjoy. Can you already book actvities now?…

I actually gained a bit and lost a pants size (sorta) Need to wear a belt around most of my old pants now, but some don't fit anymore because my shape changed. I lost in my waist, but gained muscle in butt, thighs and calves. Lot of T-shirts are loose at waist and tighter around arms now.

This. I manually add a lot of stuff, weeding in my garden, folding laundry etc. I don't move that much, but am still quite active. I think mowing is under activities.
