There is not a certain number on the treadmill that will make you maintain. It is about the balance of calories in versus calories out. So look at what you eat and what you burn in a day, and figure out what calorie level you need to maintain your weight with your current activities. I would advise you to switch up your…

What about daylight savings time? How does your body cope with that?

Food is just food EVERYTHING is processed, taking a potato from the ground is already processing. Everything is chemicals

Damn, there goes my witty comment :p English is not my first language,

I like my veins, don't like my limbs dying due to lack of oxygen.

Why cut out grains? They provide delicious energy for lifting and cardio.

The longer you keep a juice, the more vitamins it will lose. Especially vitamin C evaporates quickly. Best to drink fresh or the same day.
-
I meant it as a juice, a juice is mostly sugar water with some vitamins, you are better off just eating the fruit (or in this case the veggies) My wording might not have been correct in my first reply, but I was talking about the carrot juice in that sentence, not carrots in general.
-
how can you be shaped like a banana? do you have back problems?
-
Yes, if you eat too many carrots, you turn orange. It might help your tan a bit, but it will not give you protection from the sun, so still use sunscreen! I wouldn't drink too much, it's still mostly sugar, and I prefer not to drink my calories.

Love my FitBit One

Doctor Who Breaking Bad Defiance Teen Wolf A lot of movies. I often walk in place while watching, helps to get my daily steps up :)

Have fun regaining the weight a few days after, it is too fast and not sustainable.
-
You are eating very little, and taking a lot of supplements, why?
-
Keeping fat at 20% of your total calories or so is perfectly fine, but higher or lower depending on day. If you want to lower it, add more protein and veggies. Usually cant go wromg with that.
-
Why 2 shakes a day? Why not some more real food? Like oatmeal for breakfast or something.

6 weeks is a bit short to see real progress, but regular weight lifting is good.

Wall, table, chair, floor. By going on your knees you make it easier on your core, and that's usually the area that needs work. Planks help too, check form in mirror.

Haha, you are right. I guess I was tired.

I'm 26 and have had them (the spider veins, not varicose) since I was 12 or so.

You can get them removed if they are painful.

I was just saying it as an example, I hardly eat icecream, so I don't know
-
If one cup of icecream is 200 calories, and you start eating it 3 times a week instead of every day, that is a 1000 calorie deficit in a week. If you keep everything else the same, you could lose a bit of weight. All the little changes can help and add up.
-
How about changing your eating of ice cream to every other day instead of every day. That way you can still enjoy it, and you will still cut some calories.
-
Are you seriously going to count out 23 almonds? That is quite a lot of broccoli too, try to switch up your veggies. Foods for flat belly are rubbish, you just need a calorie deficit and move enough, build some muscle would be nice. Get your vitamins from food, not sugar water. Just eat some extra fruits and veggies, hard…

Yup
