You probably need to eat more at breakfast and lunch, your body is screaming for easy calories because you undereat.

Not too high, I'm 180 cm tall, around 75 kg and slowly losing BF% on 2500 calories a day. Just stay active and get your protein :)

I make my spaghetti sauce with a ton of veggies, just puree them.

Just eat normally, your body can 'cleanse' itself. Else you might be too low on energy during workouts.

Sometimes I'm only in the gym for 15 minutes. I'm more about building a habit to go 3 times a week now, depends on my mood, energy and schedule how long I go. Most of the times I average around 45 minutes total

If you want to lose weight, do it for yourself, not for some shallow guy that only cares about looks. Eventually we will all be old, and wrinkled, I'd rather be with a partner that is sweet and caring than a shallow a-hole.

Congrats on the loss so far. You could try taking walks with your kid, just something around the block, or playing outside together. Go swimming. All the little things helps, you will soon get more energy to try new things.

I already explained my reply a bit more thorough, I was too short and my wording was wrong, I tried to explain it better, hope that makes it more understandable, I didn't mean it like that. And I know lifting weight will not make women bulky, I lift heavily.

Yeah sorry, I was just typing it out really fast, and my wording was a bit wrong. It sounded different in my head :P It also depends on where you store your fat, that is true. Some women never have visible abs, and some can get them easily and in a healthy way.

For visible abs, you need to lower your body fat %. For some women it means going so low in BF% that their period stops, so your fertility goes down.

Your body already looks amazing. For most women it is not healthy to get visible abs, you could lose your fertility.

Your colon is perfectly able to 'flush' itself, if you are healthy. Just drink enough regular water and eat your veggies (for fiber) and move enough to stay regular.

Eat more, you can't gain muscle on such a deficit.

Take it one day at a time. Don't think about your long time goal, just try to focus on 1 thing this month. Something like taking a walk, or improving your breakfast. After that month, add something else.
