  • I need to try something like the notepad because at night if I'm not logged onto the computer, I do not track what is going into my mouth. I like the idea of of a page for each room in the house - I think I need to add a page for my shed too! I hope there's a lot of good chatter here.
  • I was 275 about 6 years ago. Last year was 255 when I started exercizing. Today I'm 235 - was down to 229 before I hurt my back. Will start exercizing again next week.
  • Just joined today - 235 - my first goal is to get under 200 - after that I'll set another goal. For February, my goal is to track my food and exercise here everyday and work out 2 times a week for 45 minutes. Happy Friday! Maureen
