I don't pay attention to times. I just eat when I want to as long as it stays under my calories and carbs for the day

I do. I measure them out into 1/4 cup portions and put them in snack size sandwich bags which make them easy to take with me.

I've been doing low carb since January 31st. Started out at 235 and currently at 190. I did the induction of 20 g carbs for the first month. Now I try to stay under 75 a day. I found that I cannot eat a lot of cheese or I don't tend to lose. I am also vegetarian so I don't eat meat, fish or poultry. I do eat eggs.

I have been doing low carb since January. I actually have started eating more carbs then I did at first. I make sure most of my carbs come from veggies though and I keep it under 100g a day. I noticed I wasnt losing if I ate too much cheese. I also try to eat between 1400-1500 calories a day.

Working for me. My husband started the middle of February and is down 74 pounds so it is working for him too. Just saying it is possible.

My husband has a lot to lose and he has been losing 30+ pounds a month. I would aim for at least that much the first month and see how you do.
