My husband started out at 372 and in the past two months has dropped to 317. I think the more you have to lose the faster it is lost.

That's great! I started out at 235 so it is nice to see somewhat how the end results will be. My first goal is to get to 160.

My weight loss did not show until I dropped 30 pounds.

I eat the Wegmans brand. They do have carbs but not too many.

I also stay at 1500 calories. I started out at 20 carbs but now I eat between 50-70 and in the last 2 months lost 32 pounds so for me eating a little more carbs is still working. I try to make most of my carbs fiber though.

Figure out what your maintenance number is and eat at least that much. It is probably like 400 more calories then you are eating.

I aim for 1500 but also keep my carbs between 50-75. I have lost z30 pounds since January 31st and it seems to be working great!

I love chocolate and now that I am eating lower carbs I am eating sugar free chocolate which is probably even worse for me!

I started low carb on January 31st. I eat more like 50 carbs a day and I am already down 30 pounds since then in less then two months. I have a friend who lost 80 pounds in 9 months on low carb and she had one cheat meal a week and she still does and has maintained it for a year.

People always say I am tall at 5'6" but I don't feel that tall. Tall to me is 5''8" for Women and 6' for men.

I am doing low carb. Not super low but under 75 a day. It is working really well for me.

I had my 4 kids in 5 1/2 years. My youngest is now 18 months. I have sciatica so it is hard for me to do too much exercise. I am doing some walking and hope to do more of it once the weather warms up. I have been eating better since January 31st and have lost 27 pounds since then.

Who said you cannot take antibiotics while nursing a baby? I took them while nursing a couple of my kids. There are some you can take.

MFP had me eating 1650 but I cut back to 1500 because I wasn't losing. I don't really exercise except walking but I don't count that because it is just every day activity like walking to pick my kids up at school.

Blueberries,blackberries and spinach will do that.

I like both Almond and Coconut but my husband likes Almond more so I usually buy that. I don't really just drink it, I use it in recipes.

I am down 25 since jan 31st and have not gone down a pant size.
